All ad-hoc bookings will be provisional until paid in full. Payment must have been received no later than 7 days after the booking is made. Sheringham Town Council reserve the right to cancel your booking. BAC’s is the preferred method of payment for hire using the hired room number and date of hire for reference, cheques can be taken.
If alcohol is being sold at your function, the law requires you to obtain a Temporary Events Notice (TENs) – this can be organised via North Norfolk District Council. Sheringham Town Council works with Norfolk Constabulary sharing information on our bookings for the prevention of crime and disorder.
