This Committee is scheduled to meet 4 times a year and is responsible for the management and maintenance of all Sheringham Town Council’s properties & owned assets.
Meetings are open to the public and members of the press unless their presence is prejudicial to the public interest. Council allows for an agenda item in all meetings for the public to speak.
The agendas are published online and in the STC owned noticeboards at the Ottendorf Green and outside the Community Centre at least 3 days prior to meetings.
