Scheduled to meet 4 times a year, this Committee discusses and makes recommendations to Full Council on matters pertaining to the community, climate change, considering and responding to all climate proposals, ideas, and communications.
Meetings are open to the public and members of the press unless their presence is prejudicial to the public interest. Council allows for an agenda item in all meetings for the public to speak.
The agendas are published online and in the STC owned noticeboards at least 3 days prior to meetings.
