Scheduled to meet 4 times a year, this Committee has responsibility for the employment, management and wellbeing of the Council officers and Community Centre staff.
Meetings are open to the public and members of the press unless their presence is prejudicial to the public interest. Council allows for an agenda item in all meetings for the public to speak.
The agendas are published online and in the STC owned noticeboards at least 3 days prior to meetings.
